Description: Portstewart-based novelist Bernie McGill, author of The Butterfly Cabinet, will be reading from and talking about her work, including her successful short story anthology Sleepwalkers, recently long-listed for the Frank O’Connor International Short Story Awards. She is the recipient of a number of Arts Council of Northern Ireland awards and was awarded a research grant in 2013 from the Society of Authors for work on a second novel, set on Rathlin at the time of the Marconi experiments.
